4. What's your return policy?

  • Do you accept returns and exchanges?
    Yes, but all sales are generally final. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged items or on a case-by-case basis.

  • What if my item arrives damaged?
    If your item is damaged in transit, email us at anomiegallery@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement if available. If not, we’ll refund the item’s price minus shipping.

  • Can I return or exchange a made-to-order item?
    Made-to-order items are reviewed individually for returns or exchanges due to their custom nature.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

  • Yes, we do! If you receive an item that doesn't fit quite right or isn't exactly what you expected, you can exchange it for a different size or color. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at anomiegallery@gmail.com, and we'll guide you through the exchange process.
