Return and Exchange Policy
At Anomie Gallery, we strive for customer satisfaction. While all sales are generally final, we do accept returns and exchanges under specific conditions. Please review the policy below:

Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, you may request a return or exchange. To qualify, contact us at anomiegallery@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item, including a description and photo of the damage.
- Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the damaged item, we’ll send a replacement if available in our inventory.
- Refund: If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund for the item’s purchase price, minus the shipping cost.

Made-to-Order Items: Items produced upon order request are subject to special review and may not qualify for returns or exchanges, depending on their custom nature. We aim to handle these on a case-by-case basis.
